This herbal tea is to be consumed without moderation and will replace very well the morning coffee! With lemon balm and holy basil, your mood will be more lively and optimistic.

Postpartum herbal tea for the bath- herbs and sea salt 130g.
Traditionally known for their multiple properties on the skin, sea salt, yarrow, plantain and calendula flowers are used here as an astringent to support the perineal area following childbirth. Offering a soothing sensation, lavender flowers contribute to relaxation. The chamomile flowers can promote a feeling of harmony of body and mind. This bath is a balm for the body of mothers: it promotes the calming effect for the tissues of the perineum and it can contribute to support in a favorable way a soothing of hemorrhoids and tears.

The mixture is used in infusion and it is this infusion that it is necessary to put in the bath, with a little salt. This is a sitz bath that will greatly help soothe the area affected by baby’s passage.

Oatmeal Bath – 1 x 100g bag of herbs and oatmeal and 2 x washable and reusable organic cotton muslin bags
It is possible to take this bath with baby from birth, without danger. Some ideas : mom and baby in the bath while dad is preparing the meal. Daddy and baby in the bath while mommy is sleeping. Mommy alone in the bath while daddy takes care of baby.
